The practice was formed by Roger Davies over 45 years ago.

Nia Lewis joined the company in 1995 following graduation at Glyndwr University and has over 29 years of experience in the industry. Current projects include New Dwellings, Extensions to dwellings, Barn Conversions, Annex accommodation & Cabins / Holiday Accommodation. 

Nia qualified as a Domestic Energy Assessor in September 2024 offering the additional service of producing Domestic EPC’s.
